1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all access to and use of the phttt Casino website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1.2 phttt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 2.4 Accurate Information. 2.5 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on phttt: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform; (c) employees of phttt and their immediate family members; (d) persons who have been excluded by order of PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phttt login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. phttt will never request your password through any communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phttt support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phttt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). phttt is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed inactive. phttt reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the player prior to any deduction.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the phttt platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are the player's responsibility.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phttt platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using another player's account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.

7.2 phttt employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

8.1 All content on the phttt platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of phttt Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Any unauthorized use of phttt's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude phttt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10.1 phttt Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phttt.live/privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

10.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

10.3 phttt implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phttt cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11.1 phttt Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from every player's account settings, including:

12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, phttt reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.3 A player may close their account at any time by contacting phttt support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player following completion of applicable verification procedures.

12.4 phttt reserves the right to retain player data following account closure for such periods as are required by applicable law, including anti-money laundering and tax record-keeping obligations.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phttt's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact phttt support in writing and allow a minimum of thirty (30) days for the matter to be investigated and resolved.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phttt's internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to such regulatory body as may have jurisdiction over the matter, including PAGCOR where applicable.

13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

14.1 phttt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phttt will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2 Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by law — may be made without advance notice.

14.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at phttt.live/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

14.4 If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3 above. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
